Florida does not have a traditional “boating license.” However, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card, approved course proof, or a valid temporary certificate to operate a jet ski in Florida, along with a photo ID. We can help guide you through what is needed before your ride.
Yes. Beginners are welcome. Before you ride, we provide clear instructions, safety rules, and a walkthrough so you feel comfortable operating the jet ski. Our team will explain how to start, stop, turn, keep distance, and follow the local waterway rules around Englewood, Lemon Bay, and nearby areas.
Bring a valid photo ID, your boating safety card or temporary certificate if required, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, swimwear, a towel, and a phone or waterproof pouch if you want photos. Avoid bringing loose valuables on the water. Life jackets and the required safety briefing are provided.
